1. Digital access only
LawNotebook does not sell or ship physical goods. A course subscription gives you online access to digital study content on the LawNotebook platform. No books, printed material or other physical items are sent to you.
2. No shipping charges or delivery timelines
Because nothing is shipped, no shipping or delivery charges apply, and there are no delivery timelines or delivery addresses involved.
3. How you receive access
Access is provided through your LawNotebook account once your payment has been successfully confirmed. You can then open your course from your dashboard on any supported device by signing in. If you paid at your college office, access starts once your payment has been recorded.
4. Payment or access problems
If your payment has been confirmed but your course is not unlocked, or you have any other access problem, write to support@lawnotebook.com with your registered email address and payment reference, or see Contact Us.
